HOST AGREEMENT (contract)
On behalf of USSSA and USSSA of Alabama, thanks for your interest and support in USSSA. If you want to sanction a tournament with us, just fill out attached form, send a $250 non-refundable deposit check made out to AL USSSA, and mail to AL USSSA.
If you have any questions, please contact our state office at 256-473-6626, or email us at alabamausssa@yahoo.com. If the tournament does not make you will forfeit the $250 admin fee. Teams are responsible for providing umpires if AL USSSA can not do so, trophies, running the event completely, providing AL USSSA results immediately after the tournament, along with all Sanction Fees. Schedules are due to AL USSSA by the Sunday prior to the tournament. The $250 will be applied to the sanction fees. Cost to sanction the event is $50 per team plus a one time $75. If AL USSSA provides umpires a UIC fee of $10 per team will be added. If insurance is required, add $10 per team.
Note: You must be a USSSA santioned Team or a USSSA Rec Sanctioned Park.
